Grove Street is in its beta-test stage, which means that it may work slowly, intermittently, or not at all. There are no guarantees here, so you use the site at your own risk. In particular, you should always keep backup copies of photos and text that you post to the site.

While Grove Street will make reasonable efforts to remove material that violates its terms of service, Grove Street takes no responsibility for the content of albums on the site. All photos and text in users albums are the responsibility of the individuals posting that content.

Terms of Service

By using Grove Street, you agree to the following conditions:

1. You will not post to the service any material, including photos and text, for which you do not have copyright or permission from the copyright owner.
   
2. You will not post any material of a pornographic nature, even to non-Public albums. All albums may be periodically checked for offending material.
3. You will not post materials to aid in selling products, such as for online auctions, or otherwise assist a commercial activity.
4. You will not create links on third-party sites that point directly to image files hosted on our servers. In times past this has consumed too much of our bandwidth. The URL for all image files changes each day to prevent such links.

Grove Street reserves the right to suspend or cancel any user's account at any time without notice for any reason. Violation of Terms of Service will result in account suspension or cancellation. Accounts that are idle for more than one year may be deleted, along with all pictures in the account.
