Amy is the Human Resources Manager at GSA. In this position she is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including but not limited to strategic planning, benefits, payroll, employee relations and organizational development.
Amy joined Grove Street in 2000 after earning her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. She started her career at Grove Street as an accountant responsible for accounts payable and the processing of incoming and outgoing capital calls. Amy was promoted to Senior Accountant where she took on added responsibilities such as preparing quarterly closing binders and financial statements, and developing training sessions as GSA launched its outsourcing relationship with EXL. In 2008, Amy was promoted to Finance Manager. In this position she was responsible for the accounting, reporting and monitoring of several client programs. In 2012, Amy was promoted to Human Resources Manager.
