New Harbor Capital

New Harbor Capital is a Chicago-based mid-market buyout fund, formed originally by the spin out from CHS Capital of an established team. The fund invests in business services companies with an emphasis on the healthcare and education industries.


83 North, with offices in Herzliya and London, focuses on seed and early-stage IT venture investments and also invests opportunistically in select mid to later stage investments. The team was previously named Greylock Israel Partners, and was originally the venture affiliate of Greylock Partners.

EMK Capital Partners

EMK is UK mid market buyout fund, formed by the spin out from Bregal Capital of an established team and existing portfolio. The fund will focus on business services, consumer and industrial opportunities, often where there is unrecognized or hard to realize value.


SignalFire is an early stage venture firm leveraging data analytics to identify and add value to emerging technology companies.

Incline Equity

Incline Equity Partners is a Pittsburgh, PA based buyout firm focused on control investments in distribution, light manufacturing and outsourced services. Incline frequently pursues an aggressive buy-and-build strategy for its companies, and focuses on firms with high free cash flow.

Third Rock

Third Rock Ventures is a Boston-based venture capital firm investing primarily in biotechnology platform companies. TRV employs a “discover, launch and build” approach to create great new companies based on the intersection of science, strategy, business and medicine.
