Index Ventures exits Wiz via Google Acquisition

In March 2026, Google acquired Wiz for $32B in cash, making it Google’s largest acquisition ever. Wiz works with 50% of the Fortune 100 and surpassed $1B in ARR in 2025. The Company will join Google Cloud while continuing to operate under the Wiz brand and support customers across multiple cloud platforms. Google first offered $23B for Wiz in 2024 before the companies reached the $32B agreement announced in March 2025. Index co-led Wiz’s $100M Series A in 2020.
