Trive Capital’s Karman Announces Launch of Secondary Offering
Trive-backed Karman Space & Defense (NYSE: KRMN) announced the launch of a secondary offering of 13.5 million shares of common stock by certain selling stockholders. Karman is a leading provider of critical, next-generation system solutions, serving more than 80 prime contractors across over 130 space and defense programs.
Trive invested in Karman in 2020. Over the course of its investment, Trive and the Karman leadership team completed seven strategic acquisitions and made significant organic investments in technology and manufacturing, building an integrated platform serving critical space and defense applications. Karman went public in February 2025, raising about $506M and valuing the Company at $4B. GroveStreet first became a Trive LP in 2016.
