Warren Equity Partners exits Paradigm HSE to a Financial Buyer

Warren Equity Partners exits Paradigm HSE, a vertically integrated health, safety, and environmental platform providing high-risk and technical safety products and outsourced safety services. Paradigm HSE was acquired by Quad-C Management, a middle market private equity firm.

Warren acquired Code Red Safety in September 2022 and combined it with Integrated Facility Solutions in 2023 to form Paradigm HSE. Since Warren’s initial investment, Paradigm HSE has grown into a leading North American platform with a diversified end-market presence and broad service capabilities under a unified brand. The Company has deepened customer relationships through technology-enabled service delivery while completing six strategic add-on acquisitions that have expanded its capabilities and geographic footprint.
